As an experienced management consultant working in the Public Sector, I have a career background spanning over 25 years with Local Education Authorities, including assisting with the establishment of a new Unitary Authority and preparation for inspection. 

More recently as a freelance consultant and interim manager I have undertaken a diversity of roles which include working with National Strategies as Foundation Stage SW Regional Adviser for the Parents as Partners in Early Learning Demonstration Project, Operations Director for the Connexions Service across Milton Keynes, Oxon and Bucks, 14-19 Development Manager with the LSC, as well as a range of organisational development activities involving management of change, project management, performance management and communication strategies.
